Natural Hair Loss Remedies
Fact: There is no sure-fire way to prevent all hair loss.
However, some methods that have been used work on some people. Here are some suggestions for natural remedies to hair loss.
Massage

Bankruptcy: What the New Law Means to You
On April 20 of this year, President Bush signed a bankruptcy reform law. When this law went into effect in October it made it much more difficult for Americans to use Chapter 7 bankruptcy to get a fresh start on their financial lives.
Under the old law, you could choose to file either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. In a Chapter 7 proceeding, you are allowed to keep your exempt property, such as much of the equity in your home. Most of your other debts, such as money owed on credit cards, are discharged.
In comparison, a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is a reorganization bankruptcy. In this type of proceeding you agree to pay off your debts over a period of three to five years.
The result of the new law is that fewer people will be able to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcies and will be forced to file for Chapter 13 Bankruptcies, instead.
Major Changes
Possibly the biggest change to bankruptcy law is that there will now be a qualifying test. Under this two-part test, you will first be required to apply a formula that exempts certain expenses such as food, rent, etc., to see if you can afford to pay 25 percent of your “non-priority unsecured debt” (credit cards, medical bills and the like). How To Stand For Local Council
Many individuals want to take a greater role in their community and give something back by becoming a local councillor. It is a fulfilling role, but also an incredibly time consuming one, which should not be taken on lightly without full consideration.
To stand in a council election there are some legal requirements. First, you must be a British or Commonwealth citizen of at least 21 years of age, be of sound mind, free from bankruptcy and imprisonment (no more than 3 months can have been served within the last 5 years). You cannot be an employee of the council you are standing for, or a senior manager of any other council in Britain and must not have committed a disqualifying election offence within the period specified for that offence (as stated by the court). In addition you must either be on the electoral register for the council area you are standing for, have lived within the council area you are standing for 12 months, have worked there for the last 12 months or owned premises there for 12 months. This is not within the ward but the council’s boundaries.
If you are able to pass the above criteria, then you are entitled to stand for council. Your first step should be to work out how you wish to stand: for a registered political party or as an independent. Perhaps the Bible says it best — “Without vision the people perish.” But what is vision? In working with thousands of Hotpoint-Ariston 4D X/HA people over the last 16 years as a coach, I’ve found that vision is a key ingredient of our life purpose.

3 Ways To Do More With Less Time
We live in a world where more is expected of us every day.
First there were fax machines, now email and cell phones. Our number of communications daily from various sources is extreme.
How can we get to all of it in a timely fashion and Kyocera L3V still get 8 hours of sleep?
Here are three time reducing strategies that are easy to implement:
1. Schedule. Like it or not in today’s world if you want to achieve greater levels of success you must learn to use a schedule. You can use a Palm Pilot, a journal or a Daytimer. I use the Franklin-Covey Planning software for windows. It pops up when I turn on my computer and it is compatible with my Palm Pilot so that I can sync at night when I leave my office.
Now, having a schedule isn’t half as important as using a schedule. It doesn’t work if you don’t use it… everyday.
I keep track of appointments, make a To Do list and then as I work on projects I enter them in so that I can make a journal of my Electrolux ESL 43010 day. Later, this will help me remember how much time I spent on tasks for billing purposes. I schedule in exercise time and I schedule in personal development time for reading and writing.
Once you get started, you’ll find it easier and easier to use. The amount of time saved by spending the time to keep your schedule can be enormous
